Mindset Foundation at the Historic WSPU 2025 General Assembly in Nyeri
Mindset Foundation members were honored to participate in the World Scout Parliamentary Union (WSPU) General Assembly, held on 10th November 2025 in Nyeri, Kenya—a landmark occasion marking the first time the assembly has convened in Africa.
Delegates from Luxembourg, Poland, Canada, Morocco, Korea, Tanzania, Croatia, Sudan, India, and Portugal gathered in Nyeri for a guided tour of Paxtu and the Baden-Powell site, celebrating the legacy of scouting and international unity.
The assembly was officially opened by H.E. Mutahi Kahiga, EGH, Governor of Nyeri County, at the Kamwenja Teachers’ College grounds. The event drew youth from across Kenya, who engaged in dynamic panel discussions on leadership, innovation, climate change, and community empowerment.
This historic gathering not only highlighted Nyeri’s role in global scouting heritage but also amplified youth voices on critical issues shaping our future.
